Lower Back Pain

I am probably not one to complain... but today at work I spent three hours trying to get egg membrane out of egg shells. Let me explain... for our fancy-pants Easter Brunch, we must have extravagant desserts. One of them being white chocolate pots de creme in a hollowed out eggshell. What does that mean for us? Use the special egg tool to cut the top of an egg off, dump the raw egg out, and try to scrape out the invisible egg membrane- all without cracking the shell. What fun!
